Joe Gray is well educated and experienced in personal planning for retirees and "Boomers". He earned three designations from The American College of Life Underwriters, while working with two major life insurance companies in agency management positions from recruiting and sales training to vice president, agency operations.(40 plus years) The designations: CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), and CASL (Chartered Advisor for Senior Living) each require the equivalent of 15 hours of graduate level study with thorough testing at the end. Joe was among the first agents to sell Long Term Care Insurance when it was created in 1987 by Amex Life Assurance, which is now Genworth Financial. LTCi started as a stand alone product, but in recent years Hybrid or Linked LTC riders have evolved, and are placed on indexed Universal Life insurance and Annuities These options make LTCi much more affordable, and really a "win-win" product for many more people.
